Clinical record-keeping is essential to facilitate communication between health professionals.  With the transition to SNOMED CT it is important that all staff, responsible for entering information into a patients record, needs the essential skills of coding information correctly. This course is suitable for all administrative staff  and will cover:

• Differences between SNOMED CT and Read codes
• Finding terms in SNOMED CT using the system browser
• Selecting the correct SNOMED Concepts while in this interim period
