General practice is at the centre of the biggest shift in how community-based NHS care is being organised for many years. The 10 Year Health Plan, the Neighbourhood Health Framework and the new Health Bill will change how services are commissioned and delivered, through new neighbourhood and multi-neighbourhood arrangements. This event brings practices and PCNs together with the LMC, the ICB, community and system providers, and local authority partners, to make sense of what is coming, what it means for practices, and what primary care needs to do now to help shape it.
