This hybrid five-day course is made up of essential modules that will equip delegates with the knowledge and skills necessary to deliver effective practice management.
Each day will focus on different topics designed to enhance delegates understanding of various critical aspects of managing a GP practice.
This course is aimed at anyone new to the role of Practice Manager or for those who would like to understand the role in more detail. It will be facilitated and delivered by our Practice Management Lead, who has extensive experience both as a practice manager and managing partner, supported by subject matter experts.
