We will explore the legal status of GP partnerships before providing a practical overview of the key points that a robust Partnership Agreement should include. Amongst other areas, the training will guide you through important provisions relating to duties & obligations, retirement (including the handling of premises freehold and leasehold on retirement), expulsion, the split of profits, the division of capital and leave entitlement. Furthermore, the session will aim to give some practical tips for managing partnership disputes.
