Time is a valuable resource in primary care and we need to do the most that we can within the constraints.  This session looks at what needs to be covered in an Asthma, COPD, Heart Failure review, for GPs, Nurses and AHP's

By the end of the session attendees will be able to consider;

• What to address in a 10 minute review – and why
• The ‘need to knows’ and ‘nice to knows’ about the condition
• How to keep it evidence based and person-focused
• How to field and respond to patient questions
