About

This interactive 3-hour workshop equips general practice providers with a practical, working understanding of the CQC's Single Assessment Framework. Participants will explore the five key questions, 33 Quality Statements, and six evidence categories, gaining insight into what inspectors look for and how ratings are determined. 

Through real-world case studies covering medicines management, safeguarding, governance, and patient access, delegates will identify gaps in their own practice and leave with tangible actions. Focus is given to achieving and sustaining a Good rating, understanding Regulation 17, and preparing confidently for assessment.

Tracy Green

Tracy Green has worked in Primary Care Management for over 18 years, with the CQC as a specialist advisor since 2014, and works with the Royal College of GPs delivering Quality Improvement work. Tracy provides pre and post CQC inspection support to practices, PCNs, federations and LMCs and speaks at events such as Best Practice and Management in Practice on the topic of CQC.
