This one day course serves as a comprehensive introduction for those new to care navigation and signposting, as well as a consolidation and refresher for more experienced non-clinical team members.

The training encourages attendees to better understand the concept of signposting to other healthcare services, either inside or outside of their own practice/primary care network, and to gain confidence with understanding 'red flag' conversations with patients, such that the patient can be directed to the most appropriate healthcare setting or to see the most appropriate healthcare professional, at the right time.
